- Strictly NO refund for any cancellation will be entertained.
- Jurassic Land Kiulu will only attend to refund requests pertaining overcharging or double charging the visitors with valid proof of payment attached in the email to jurassiclandsalesteam@gmail.com.
- Any late arrival exceeding the entrance operating hour ticket booth (CLOSED AT 4.45PM) will not be entertained and will not be allowed entry. Cafe last order at 5.00PM.
- Visitors MUST comply with visiting operation hour (9.00am-6.00pm). No extension of visiting time will be given for late arrivals/entry due to the fault of the visitors.
- Strictly NO outside food and drink allowed into theme park as to ensure safety and cleanliness of our facilities. However, we offer variety of food and drink available at our cafe.
We recommend you to wear suitable clothes as we’re outdoor theme park. You may bring these following items to complete your day:
- Sun Screen + Hat
- Insect Repellent + Hand Sanitizer
- Rain Gear
- Covered Shoes
- Cash (due to poor internet connection)
For the comfort of other guests/visitors, smoking is NOT permitted in the theme park.
Jurassic Land Kiulu accept cash and QR Pay payment within the park, However, get ready your cash to make any purchases here due to poor internet connection.
- Visitors MUST be self-prepared for any possibilities of bad weather including to bring own umbrella or rain coat.
- There shall be no last minute rescheduling allowed due to inclement / bad weather..
- There shall be no extension of visiting time caused by inclement weather conditions. If guest reach Jurassic Land Kiulu during bad weather, they may reschedule within ONE WEEK period from the actual date of visit.
Photography and videography are permitted, but production cameras and drones are not allowed inside the park without concern from the management.
